Our approach to Reiki Therapy
There will be a discussion and explanation of the available options prior to the application of Reiki. Your preferences will be respected, there will be no persuasion.
The main choice is whether or not you wish to discuss any problems that you may have, or to leave it to the practitioner to point out areas that have become apparent during Reiki. (There is one young lady who will not let me treat her until I have told her what, and where, her area of discomfort is.)
After the pass of the hands over the person the practitioner may revisit an area to confirm that the energy re-balancing has held.
On completion, there will be a rest period and discussion about the responses both practitioner and receiver had to the Reiki treatment. (It is within the nature of Reiki that the practitioner also feels the benefit of Reiki therapy.)
